We mainly provide the following services: User-generated content (UGC): You can create and publish content (including text, audio, images, etc.) through live broadcast, voice chat, text chat and other functions, and use virtual props, filters, special effects and other functions provided by Tikkolive ("Tikkolive functions"). Community safety and support: We maintain community safety through technical systems and manual review, and take measures such as deleting content, restricting functions, and banning accounts for illegal content or behavior (such as harassment, fraud, and illegal content). Virtual interaction: Users can interact with other users by giving virtual gifts, which will be converted into virtual diamonds (see Article 6 for details).

You need to provide your account name, password and other information when registering. You need to ensure that the information is true, accurate and complete, and keep your account safe. We may allow login through third-party accounts (such as social media), and the relevant data processing is subject to the third-party privacy policy. After cancellation, the account data will not be restored.

11. Usage Guidelines

You agree to abide by the following rules and shall not: Publish illegal, infringing, obscene, violent, hate speech and other content; Impersonate others, illegally obtain user information or interfere with service security; Spread malicious code, attack servers or circumvent content filtering mechanisms; Reverse engineer, modify service code or create derivative works (except as expressly permitted by law); Engage in any illegal activities. Tikkolive is not responsible for user content, but reserves the right to delete illegal content and restrict accounts.

12. Virtual Items

Virtual Coins and Diamonds Rules: Only users over 18 years of age (or legal age of majority) can purchase virtual coins ("Coins"), send gifts to others, receive gifts with monetary value, and earn virtual diamonds ("Diamonds") You will be responsible for paying for any Coins you purchase, and once your purchase is completed, your user account will receive Coins. Coins can be used to purchase gifts. Coins cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for cash or transferred, and can only be used within Tikkolive. We do not provide refunds for any purchased Coins and gifts. Coins and gifts cannot be converted or exchanged for cash, nor can they be refunded for any reason.

13. Intellectual Property

The intellectual property rights of all content (text, images, audio, etc.) in the service and Tikkolive features belong to us or the licensor. When you upload content, you grant us a global, royalty-free right to use (including copying, modification, distribution, etc.).

14. Termination of Service

We have the right to unilaterally terminate your use of the service, including but not limited to violations, fraud or technical reasons. Your only remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to stop using and cancel your account.

15. Disclaimer

The service is provided on an "as is" basis and is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure. We are not responsible for losses caused by force majeure (such as natural disasters, cyber attacks).

16. Legal Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of your location, and disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiations; if negotiations fail, they shall be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction.

17. Modification of Agreement

We reserve the right to amend the agreement and notify through announcements. Continued use shall be deemed to have accepted the amendment.

18. Other Terms

This Agreement constitutes the complete agreement between the parties. The invalidity of part of the terms does not affect the validity of the rest. The headings are for convenience only and have no legal significance.
